SpaceX's Newest Rocket Explodes After Liftoff — Will Civilian Space Travel Ever Be A Thing?

It's not quite ready… yet!

On Sunday morning, SpaceX was trying once again to send an unmanned rocket to the International Space Station and then land it on a barge out in the ocean… and, well, they didn't quite make it.

Just minutes after liftoff, the rocket exploded in mid-air before it could even get close to the ISS, and at least for another day, civilian space hopes were (temporarily) dashed.

On Twitter, the outfit confirmed the "anomaly":

The vehicle experienced an anomaly on ascent. Team is investigating. Updates to come.

An hour later, founder Elon Musk updated with what they know so far:

There was an overpressure event in the upper stage liquid oxygen tank. Data suggests counterintuitive cause.

It's been a week since Oliver Hudson wrote that rather scathing Father's Day post about his birth dad, but it looks like Bill Hudson isn't about to give his son the last word on the issue.

That's because the 65-year-old singer just responded to Oliver AND Kate Hudson's abandonment claim in a recent interview, and he's placing most of the blame on their mother, Goldie Hawn!

Bill, who has three other kids with two other women, said that Goldie was the one who drove a wedge between him and his eldest two children, saying:
