Paris Hilton’s fans went wild as she paid a rare visit to Liverpool for her latest perfume launch.
The hotel heiress posed for selfies and hugged her dedicated followers who had come from far and wide and waited for hours to meet their idol.
Paris couldn’t resist the chance to hit the city’s famous sights before she dropped into Superdrug at Liverpool One earlier today.
And while she may have attempted to remain incognito, donning a dark wig and sunglasses in Topshop on London’s Oxford Street, yesterday there was certainly no mistaking Paris Hilton on the Liverpool leg of her trip.
The blonde socialite told the ECHO she had “a lot of fun” as she visited the Cavern Club.
She was pictured leaving the Hilton hotel before heading off to Mathew Street, where she cosied up to and kissed the John Lennon statue for a fun snap.
“It’s been great. We’ve done a lot of touristy things,” she said.
“I went over to the Cavern Club. It’s so historic and you can tell that so many fun nights happened in that place. We saw monuments and posed next to statues. That was a lot of fun.
“I loved it. The people on the streets were so happy, it has a really cool vibe.”

Paris, 34, tells us she was greeted at Liverpool’s Lime Street station by some of her super fans.
She said: “It made me so happy to see so many familiar faces because I follow them on Twitter and Instagram.
“I remember when I was a little girl and I loved the people on 90210 and I would sit there and write fan letters, so imagine being a teenager and having social media where you can reach your favourite idols, it’s like texting them almost, so it’s cool I can do that with my fans and bring them happiness.”
On her last trip Paris was watching then-boyfriend Benji Madden perform with his band Good Charlotte at the 02 Academy - and stayed in the budget Lord Nelson Hotel nearby.
But this time it was all about celebrating a decade making fragrances with her 18th scent, the Paris Hilton Limited Anniversary Edition.
She arrived fashionably late for her appearance, walking out to huge cheers and then inviting some of her super fans to join her for a pizza party in the store.

Colin Goodall, 45, from Runcorn was first in line. He has followed the star since she appeared in The Simple Life.
He said: “She’s a fashion icon and a business woman, she’s not as ditzy as some people think.”
Student Lauren Wales, 19, had been up since 5am and got four trains from Scotland to meet Paris.
She said: “I’ve been a fan since I was about 10. She’s sweet and funny and loves animals. I’d love her life. She’s amazing.”

Laura Neagle, 27, from Birkenhead, even swapped her shift at work so she could finally meet her icon.
Christie Findley, 18, from Warrington, said: “She’s amazing. She treats her fans like friends and there’s not many celebrities that do that. That’s why we love her.”
