Now that Kelly Rutherford has been ordered to send her children back to Monaco, and a judge denied the lawsuit she filed only an hour after that ruling, it's starting to look like her custody battle with ex Daniel Giersch is winding down.
Well, until the next court date!
For now, while the dust is settling, Daniel is speaking out about Kelly's dramatic declaration that she didn't send her children back on August 6 (like the court required) because they were "afraid" to go back to France.
And he thinks this claim is complete crap. His lawyer commented on the accusation, saying:
"There was no scene. They were fine … smiling broadly."
His attorney also added that Helena and Hermes had no issue being around their grandmother when she took them in court. But probably the most hurtful thing that was said was how the kids were doing after the hearing was over:
"When they left the courtroom they were happy and showed no signs of missing their mother."
So, whose side are U on, Perezcious readers?

We can't believe Josh Duggar is FINALLY coming clean.
After it was revealed on Wednesday that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's eldest son had an account with Ashley Madison, an exclusive website for CHEATERS, he released an official statement on the scandal. The revelation comes on the heels of his molestation scandal and the birth of his daughter in July.
