This is a hard pill too swallow.
As we previously reported, it was announced that beloved Harry Potter actor Alan Rickman has died at 69 years old. Reportedly, the Die Hard villain had been battling cancer.
It's hard to believe that so soon after David Bowie's passing, we've lost ANOTHER iconic English artist. Tissues, anyone?

The honor! The glory! The snubs! (Don't worry, we'll get to that...)
Early Thursday morning, The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences revealed the most prestigious list in Hollywood -- this year's nominations for the Oscars!
While there were plenty of great movies and performances this year, not everyone can get a nomination -- though a certain Titanic seemed to make the cut!
Ch-ch-check out all of this year's nominees (below)!
