He's on the OFFENSE.
On Tuesday, one day after Harvey Weinstein's rep denied that he groped a model over the weekend, celebrity lawyer Mark Jay Heller has released a statement on the alleged victim's (22-year-old Ambra Battilana) behalf.
If the name sounds familiar, Mark has been heavily involved with the Lohan girls and their legal battles over the years.

Basically, the statement is aggressive in its defense of the model, and it's made quite CLEAR that the suit is not motivated by blackmail.

Wow! Mr. Heller does NOT miss a beat! We wonder how Mr. Weinstein will respond to this backlash.
So, what do YOU think of this statement?

This was going to happen eventually! Although no one really thought it would've occurred this fast.
It has only been a mere six days since Zayn Malik made the decision to leave One Direction, and he already released a solo demo!
Actually, it was his producer Naughty Boy who released it on Soundcloud Monday. Though, the jam has since been removed from the music sharing website.
But don't worry, you can listen to it HERE! Mwahahaha!
