Well, maybe not, since the teeny tiny pop sensation was captured on camera saying she hates Americans!

However, the 22-year-old quickly apologized that her remarks came across as anti-American.

The songstress explained in a statement that she totally wasn't taking any jabs at the country or its citizens — she was just upset over child obesity!

Looks like she really is regretting what she said!

On Wednesday, Ariana Grande issued an apology for the anti-American remarks she made at Wolfee Donuts in Lake Elsinore, California on Saturday.

Over the weekend, the pint-sized pop star was caught on camera licking the shop's tasty treats with her rumored boyfriend, Ricky Alvarez.

The footage also shows the singer saying she hates Americans!

Now, the 22-year-old is apologizing for her words, saying they were taken from a private conversation and have been relayed out of context.

She explained that her comments were not intended to insult our country or the American people, but rather, she was oddly remarking on the nation's contribution to unhealthy habits. Oooook. She says:
