This man can do it all!
Because music — both performing and producing — television, film, fashion, and the world of business apparently weren't enough for him, Diddy is now getting into the education game!

The rapper, born Sean Combs, announced on Monday morning that Capital Preparatory Harlem Charter School will open in the fall — a project the mogul has been working on for the last five years is finally coming to fruition!
The school is being overseen day-to-day by a man named Steve Perry, who founded his own magnet school in Connecticut in 2005, but Diddy put in a LOT of work to get to this point.
Beginning back in 2011, Combs and Perry met with scores of educators, searching for the right educational model to fit their vision, which Diddy told the Associated Press was "a dream come true."
According to the school's site, it is a free public entity for grades 6-12, and will provide "year-round college preparatory education" to its high school students.

Starting this fall, 160 students will be enrolled in sixth and seventh grades as the school begins to populate, with the deadline to apply for the upcoming school year getting VERY close — apps must by in by April 1!
Geographically, the school is in good company, too — it is hosted in the same New York building as El Museo Del Barrio, and the Museum of the City of New York.
But would you expect anything less from a man like Diddy?!
Congrats to him on a wonderful accomplishment — and really, hopefully, the beginning of many, many more to come!
